Dean Dubbé graduated with a BSCE in 1982 and a MSCE in Geotechnical Engineering in 1983 both from WVU.  Mr. Dubbé is a registered Professional Engineer in Maryland and Virginia.  While at WVU, Dean was a student athlete playing centerfield for the WVU Baseball team and graduating Summa Cum Laude. 

Within two years of graduating from WVU, Mr. Dubbé opened Independent Testing Laboratories, Inc. (ITL) in Rockville, Maryland, which performed engineering design, testing and inspection services in the Baltimore – Washington area.  After growing ITL into three offices in the Washington metropolitan area, Mr. Dubbé sold ITL to nationally based Professional Service Industries, Inc. which sought an established business in the area with a strong reputation.

After selling ITL, Mr. Dubbé changed focus and began working with Michael T. Rose Companies (MTR) in the land development industry.   MTR was one of the largest developers in the Washington metro area, developing numerous residential, commercial and mixed-use communities in Maryland and Virginia.  Dean was Senior Vice President of Land Development for MTR for 10 years.  

In 1999, Mr. Dubbé again went into business for himself, opening Site Consulting Services, LLC, (SCS) which provides numerous builders and developers with comprehensive land development services.  Mr. Dubbé currently operates SCS and resides in Glenelg, Maryland. 

Mr. Dubbé is married to Gina Dubbé, also a WVU graduate of Industrial Engineering (BSIE 1983) and they have 2 children.
